The Wood Fired Food Company specialise in BBQ, Spit Roast and Smoked foods.

We are a catering company that can offer High quality foods cooked on a traditional wood fired unit creating unmistakable and truly wonderful flavours, or as many of our customers say "The best they have ever had"

We have a uniquely designed, but traditional wood fired burner capable of not only roasting but also hot smoking and char grilling to perfection.

Available to most parts of the UK. We are based in the south west and provided top quality catering for all events and occasions.

We offer a service that can cook Meat, Fish and Vegetables. We cater for Vegans, Vegetarians any dietary requirement.

All of our produce and ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, and from Organically produced or free range farms.

All our fish is from small UK day boats and only ever from wild stock.

All our food is prepared and cooked by Qualified and highly experienced Chefs.

We only use 100% Bio-degradable Plant based cleaning and disposable catering goods.

We are available for private or event hire and will be please to discuss any requirements or ideas you may have.

Menus are planned on a personal basis and can include Breads, Salads, Relishes and Sauces; all home made.
